What is your Return/Cancellation Policy? (Bracelets/Keychains)

  • All Bracelets and Keychains are uniquely hand-made and typically fit all size wrists. For this reason, we do not accept refunds nor cancellations on any Bracelet/Keychain purchase.
    • If you receive a damaged/faulty product, please contact our Support Team and we'd be happy to replace the metal clasps if necessary and at the discretion of the business. 

  • If returning for an exchange/store credit, the Customer is responsible for his/her Return Label.
    • Redline will only provide a Return Label in the event of a damaged or incorrect product received.

Please Note: Due to COVID-19 virus, we are currently NOT accepting Returns at this time and ask that you temporarily hold off on any exchange/return for the time-being.
