Returns/Exchanges (Apparel/Accessories)

Please Note: Due to the health and safety of our staff, we ARE NOT currently accepting Returns on any Apparel Items once the package has been opened.
  • If your clothing is damaged, wrong size, wrong color, wrong product:
    • Simply send our Support Team a Photo(s) of the issue, and we'll make sure you're taken care of :)!

  • Store Credit
    • Apparel/Accessory Purchases are eligible for store credit in the form of an e-Gift Card.
      • Once approved by our Support Team, you will receive an e-Gift Card sent to your email address. Unless specified. the store credit will match the subtotal amount of your purchase.
      • For more information on applying your gift card towards a future purchase, please refer here.

  • Exchanges
    • Apparel/Accessory Purchases are eligible for exchanges within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
      • If exchanging item(s), we ask that you return everything in it's original condition.
        • Please DO NOT open nor previously-worn apparel prior to returning item(s).
        • Please keep all original tags/packaging intact.
      • If the item(s) is returned with material damage and/or is different from its original condition, Redline Steel holds full discretion on approving/denying the exchange request.
    • Apparel/Accessory purchases can be exchanged for products listed in other Redline Brands (Metal Decor, Canvas Art, Vinyl Decals).

  • Returns for Exchange/Store Credit
    • Merchandise must be returned to sender within 30 days of receiving your product(s) and in its original packaging/condition.
      • Please DO NOT open nor previously-worn apparel prior to returning item(s).
        • Please keep all original tags/packaging intact.
        • If the customer requests a return after 30 days, the company holds the right to refuse the request.
