Returns/Exchanges (Apparel/Accessories)

Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we ARE NOT accepting returns/exchanges at this time. Please refer here for further details/instruction.

  • Store Credit
    • Apparel/Accessory Purchases are eligible for store credit in the form of an e-Gift Card.
      • Once approved by our Support Team, you will receive an e-Gift Card sent to your email address. Unless specified. the store credit will match the subtotal amount of your purchase.
      • For more information on applying your gift card towards a future purchase, please refer here.

  • Exchanges
    • Apparel/Accessory Purchases are eligible for exchanges within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
      • If exchanging item(s), we ask that you return everything in it's original condition.
        • Please do not wash returned products prior to returning.
        • Please keep all original tags attached.
      • If the item(s) is returned with material damage and/or is different from it's original condition, Redline Steel holds full discretion on approving/denying the exchange request.
    • Apparel/Accessory Purchases can be exchanged for products listed in other Redline Brands (Steel, Canvas, Bracelets/Keychains).

  • Returns for Exchange/Store Credit
    • Merchandise must be returned to sender within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
      • If the customer requests a return after 30 days, the company holds the right to refuse the request.
    • Redline Steel is only responsible for providing a return label and filing a remake for items that are damaged, incorrect, or missing at the time of delivery.
      • If returning item(s) for either store credit or an exchange, the customer is solely responsible for any return costs (return label, package costs).
    Refunds are not eligible for any Apparel or Accessory items. Please view available options above.
