Please Note: Due to the health and safety of our staff, we ARE NOT currently accepting Returns on any Apparel Items once the package has been opened. If your clothing is damaged, wrong size, wrong color, wrong product
- If your clothing is damaged, wrong size, wrong color, wrong product:
- Simply send our Support Team a Photo(s) of the issue, and we'll make sure you're taken care of :)!
- Store Credit
- Apparel/Accessory Purchases are eligible for store credit in the form of an e-Gift Card.
- Once approved by our Support Team, you will receive an e-Gift Card sent to your email address. Unless specified. the store credit will match the subtotal amount of your purchase.
- For more information on applying your gift card towards a future purchase, please refer here.
- Exchanges
- Apparel/Accessory Purchases are eligible for exchanges within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
- If exchanging item(s), we ask that you return everything in it's original condition.
- Please DO NOT open nor previously-worn apparel prior to returning item(s).
- Please keep all original tags/packaging intact.
- If the item(s) is returned with material damage and/or is different from it's original condition, Redline Steel holds full discretion on approving/denying the exchange request.
- Apparel/Accessory Purchases can be exchanged for products listed in other Redline Brands (Steel, Canvas, Bracelets/Keychains).
