Subscription Billing/Returns

Gift Cards & Discount Codes are not redeemable when purchasing a subscription plan.

  • Your plan will be billed and shipped every month with the billing date reflected based on the date of your original purchase. 
    • For example: If you ordered on 8/15/2020 you will be billed on the 15th of every month.
  • If interested in cancelling OR upgrading/downgrading your monthly subscription, please visit your Account on our website.
    • You can cancel your subscription at anytime!
      • If cancelled after your billing date, you will still be charged and will receive the monthly gift until the following month.
  • If you are unhappy with your monthly gift, we allow a pain-free, 30 day policy on Returns.
    • If ordering the "Bundle Box (Set of 3 items) and want to return your products, please note that all 3 items MUST be returned.
      • You cannot return 1/3 or 2/3 items if wanting to return on our Monthly Bundle Box.
